Price breaks are availble for orders of 25, 100, 1000 and 3000 units.
Discounts are based on quantity ordered and shipped.

Free shipping only applies to retail orders over $50.00.
Volume Discounts for wholesale personal alarms include a provision for shipping costs.
Shipping and Handling fees are included in our quotes, due to the variable weight and handling of larger orders.

How long is a Price Quote valid?
Price Quotes are valid for 10 business days.
If a Price Quote is accepted after 10 business days, you may receive an Updated Price Quote.
Inventory levels are subject to change.
Inventories are checked at the time a Price Quote is requested to ensure we can fill your safety alarm order.

Is a Volume Order Returnable?
No. Volume Orders are non-returnable.
Personal safety products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase.
Street Defender will repair or replace at its discretion any manufacturing defect in these products.

How much does it cost to ship a Volume Order internationally?
For International Shipments (outside of North America), charges are based on weight and destination.
If interested in shipping internationally, please provide full ship-to address including postal code.
